Putting the servers in Cloud

I got another day-off project.

I'm starting to put my lab in MS Azure cloud.  Due to the disk space capacity of my MacbookAir, I decided to use the cloud services as my test environment.

Managing server in Azure is quite easy. Web based portal gives you all the basic properties need to modify to access the machine. Ubuntu boxes can build in the Azure and able to manage it using SSH.

Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) has become a trending in IT infrastructures requirement. It the way to manage the server but it much cost effective way.

Python: A new beginning

Last night I can't figure-out how to run the Python in my mac. I didn't know how to create a project. But now, I can say "Hello World" using PyCharm and terminal. I'm excited to create new projects using this programming tool.

My First Blog

About Myself.

I'm working in IT fields from almost 10 years.

I started as a Computer Technician in one of the computer shops in the Pasong Tamo, Makati. And I can say that our shop is became famous because we are providing fastest browsing experience. Desktop publishing, computer repairs and website design are my task in the shop.

The schedule is very challenging for me since I was a working student at that time. I shifted to another company which gave me technical challenge.

In this company, I worked as server and network administrator. I can say that there equipment is very old at that time. But it's a memorable experience that I believe that the new innovation came to this old technology. I used the NOVELL operating system (not sure who many can remember this software) and used this server as became my has server for my Windows 3.11.

Using a 386 processor, I can used my boot disk (DOS batch script inside) to able to use my desktop using Windows 3.11. And here the catch the desktop don't have any HDD.

That's its for now. I will share more of my experience in my next blog.
